It's not always..but no one said it was.  In trumps case, ofc, his shithole comment was explicitly directed at haitians in reference to killing daca if it included haitians..and we know he doesn't like haitians, lol. Part of an older and well established pattern of racist behavior.

That's the thing, really people use circular logic to enforce their own beliefs here. Oh when I say some place is a shithole it's not racist, but it makes Trump a racist because he's a known racist.

It's not a very convincing argument to those who don't already believe he's a racist.

Calling shitholes shitholes is either racist or it's not.
