If a man is found not-guilty by a jury of his peers, does that mean the jurors are necessarily convinced he’s innocent?
Alternately, if I assert to you that a jar filled with gum-balls contains an even number of them, do you accept my assertion? If you don’t accept it, does that mean you’re convinced the number of gum-balls in the jar is odd?
