Yeah, so you showed an example of a crazy, raving atheist. Do you really want to get into a pissing match over how many raving, crazy theists there are compared to atheists?
We would win that contest without breaking a sweat.
Also, the bigoted comments from the video you posted mean nothing. Comments like "your average atheist, ladies and gentlemen" or "You know. This behavior is very common among new atheist. The rage they display is unreal" are inaccurate in the extreme.
Why not take a look at examples of the 1000's of other atheist vids. Just watch one video by atheist Anthony Magnabosco, Godlees Cranium, Pothholer54, Logicked and many more, to see that that vid is NOT an average atheist.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
