In a way this Suc is a good question unfortunately this doesn't save you from failing once again.  Banging Head On Desk

The reality is that we humans are stuck inside a body so until this come to an end we are forced to make good use of what we got or better say of our body or vehicle.
If any part of our vehicle doesn't work we are automatically in trouble.
Even if small things such as the sphincter.  Lightbulb
