1.  The baby being aborted is not the body of the murderous woman having it killed.  

Yup but the events going on inside her body .So she gets the final say weather it stays inside her or not . 

2.  His "say" does not "end at ejaculation" if the woman has a baby. He pays child support for 18 years, notwithstanding your ignorant profanity.

Actually it does . He stuck his dick in and that's the end of his decision on the matter . As for child support as i already said if it's gotten to the point of child support .Then their is a child that needs support(it was not aborted )  and he should have to help support it. And no merely paying money is not equivalent to being pregnant. And i'll speak however i like .  

3.   There IS no "merit" to a judicial decision when it is based on false testimony.

Actually there is if it liberates woman and gives them autonomy . The justification goes beyond one case . 

Don't you know anything?  Such cases are overturned often.
