Notice that I knew of the term higher dimensions because I was aware that there is some evidence of them. However, prior to reading the ensuing discussion in this thread I had only the vaguest notion what they were. I try not to opine about things I know nothing about. Having read the little bit in this thread about them, I'm glad I did not as they are not anything like my earlier notions.

Should your answer be no since you see no evidence of these other dimensions?
Your question did help me pin down another reason why I don't believe in god though. Its not just that there is insufficient evidence for god, but also that so many people are trying so very hard to present what little evidence there is as if it were proof.
If a huge group of people spent their time saying that dimensions other than the first four existed because of a vision, or because it's such a beautiful idea, or because it's moral to believe in them, I'd probably have told you I don't believe in them. Why? Because tons of bad evidence is an indication that there is no good evidence to be found. If physicists then began making a priori arguments for their existence I'd be pretty certain they didn't exist.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
