I like to have a "sausage of my choice" with sauerkraut (crock-brewed with the lactic acid process, not that vinegary shit from the grocery store), spicy mustard and red onions. If decently hot (and I DON'T mean pickled) jalapeños are available, I'll put them on it. Yummay!
