In PA, but the owners were from Chicago and imported the dogs from Chicago, so it was a Chicago thing. That was 35 years ago, don't know if it's still a thing.
We also had great tacos (soft shell tooth-picked shut and deep fried), and awesome fish sandwiches. And milkshakes.
