Pretty much. That and space. Also I suspect PETA are “against” neutering as well. So it would be more hypocrisy. Most shelters kill animals, and the “no-kill” shelters have caveats and kill animals too. Unfortunately killing animals in shelters is a necessity. Some are too ill, some are too aggressive and can’t be retrained, some just have no hope of being adopted.
(as well as the number of animals that starve, get hit by cars, don;t receive adequate medical or just general care, etc)
They're onerous little shits on so many counts..but not this one.

@Greenpeace earlier. I read a great article by Patrick Moore (I'll look for it)...and I have to say that I'd have loved to have been a part of greenpeace at the begining..but a creeping sense of frustration calcified the organization into what it is today.
