My secret is work in a daycare for five years with dirty, sickly children then work in a bank for five years with dirty gross money. I have an iron immune system now. I don't get sick. I'm all about dirt doesn't hurt. I don't have bleach, Lysol, disinfectant, or any of the stuff in my house. The more germs you are exposed to the stronger your immune system is. Granted you are sick as hell at the beginning but it is worth it to be sick only once every 3 or 4 years after that. The first week at daycare job I was throwing up, feverish, diarrhea, the whole shebang. I know since then I've been sick in 2012 with a fever and I had a bad cold while 9 months pregnant just recently but I blame that on my body already doing so much other stuff. Now that Charlie is born I don't keep germs away from her to help build her immune system up.
Yeah im not one to be constsntly washing my hands either (only after bathroom and before food), and I only use disinfectant wipes to clean the house as usual because I like a clean house. I don't use it to wipe everything down when someone else is sick or anything.
I'm the complete opposite of both of you. I use hand sanitizer and soap every minute of every day almost. But my white blood cell count is, like, 2, so I guess it's a little different.
