Yes, I overthink things a lot. Always have. I remember because it always got on my mother's nerves.
But this is what smart people do. They question everything. They won't be fooled. The world wouldn't have the inventions it has today without people who overthink things. I think if you are overthinking, it could be a sign of intelligence.
Besides that, questioning things is just fun as hell. I enjoy exploring the "what if's" in life and also thinking about the details of things. It's entertaining to me.
