Unless you've managed to do some chemical analysis and figured plain Tussin and plain Mucinex to be of the same substance and the labels are lying, I'm going to believe the labels.
It appears there are some Tussin brands that use Guaifenisen exclusively, but Robitussin's official website with all their labels seem to all mention Dextromethorphan.
