The Catholics, as we all know, do a lot of work in Africa, wherein AIDS is a huge problem. They speak against the use of condoms, despite the fact that it helps the prevention of AIDS. The real reason that Catholics are against the use of contraceptives, besides the ones they contrived from the bible, is because a long time ago they needed Catholics having more Catholics, so the chain of scamming money from indoctrinated, deluded individuals could continue for years to come. This is just one example of how religion is harmful to society, and it does have a bearing on evolution, namely in the form of natural selection.
