We know god screwed a woman, his own mother.  It’s anyone’s guess what he was doing with his, uh, virile organ, during the gazillian years before he made the world and woman.

So i’d Say the odds are he shit and fart as well.   In fact we are told by sources that somehow persuaded themselves that that knew that we have a faithful record of the sound of his fart.  It is called the Bible.
