Nope. The guy was in his 30's. At his age, if he doesn't know how to please a woman, he shouldn't be having sex with one. Lol.
As for teaching kids, I hope they wouldn't teach anything like this in high school. The last thing we need is for teenagers to be learning how to properly give orgasms. College age? Sure. But the person who takes my 15 year old daughter's virginity better run and hide if I ever find out what they did to her.
At the very least, let them graduate from high school first and be able to move out and be on their own. You know....actually be responsible for paying bills and handling real life stuff first. Having an orgasm should be the last thing on their minds at that age.
