I originally banned him for trollish behaviour, when I was still a mod.
Looks like he's now guilty of creating multiple accounts.

I don't get it. He was banned, emailed asking to come back only to end up asking to be banned again and for us to do it properly this time, so he was banned yet again and now he's back with a new account.
One can only face palm so many times.
