I do not think punishment is a good way to motivate people.
No one said anything about punishment. If Neo is being a jerk then he's going to get back what he dished out. If he wanted to be treated better, he should have been nicer.

What does that have to do with this? Nothing, that's what. They come here. Are you saying that we should handle them with kid gloves so that their feelings don't get hurt? You haven't been here long so I'm just going to say that some people here invite the backlash they get.
