Not a christian, but..in general, christians believe in the sufficiency (and necessity) of christs death on the cross to redeem them by grace through faith.
Combine that with a belief in total depravity, and it;s a complete non-issue. Most expect to be "not good enough", it;s not so much a source of stress as it is the reason that christ had to die on the cross in the first place. We couldn;t get their on our own.
