I don't think I'm following you on it's not an idea. While I think that it's wise to consider how it could be abused, and prevent any abuse, it would seem that this would apply to future Presidents as well. Frankly without seeing more information and context, I doubt that it would be 'the president can do whatever he wants without being prosecuted while in office' and wouldn't support that.
It's the idea that's important, RR, why are you asking for more information and context? Just ponder the idea.
