No I stated there are no other people in the rest of the universe and I believe this from what God has said through the scriptures.
First of all we know of no other universe and second of all if evolution was true the diversity of life here would have only a itty bitty, tiny, inny weeny chance of ever developing. I know that you will throw out the vast number of planets that are in the universe, however we do not know if there are planets in any other galaxies besides this one. That is pure speculation.
