I'm not sure why you are asking a crowd of mostly atheists about the presumed results of our prayers. We don't pray.
And we don't fuss over "saving souls" either. Saving lives is something many of us find worthwhile, though. We appreciate people like this guy, Norman Borlaug, who saved over a billion people from starvation using science. That sort of thing carries water with me. I think going around "saving souls" is a silly waste of time. But if that's your schtick, well, go on. Enjoy yourself.
