So....is the assailant raping the girl of his own free will even as karma is using said assailant to punish said girl for kicking three dogs in a previous life...?
Could the assailant refuse to be the vehicle of karma..would karma then have to pick someone else? What if the second person in the resignation-chain just isn;t a rapist, does he karmicly become one so that justice can be fulfilled? Is he, then, karmicly accountable for his actions? I ask, because it sounds like we might be dealing with a firefighter who moonlights as an arsonist.
Or is it, ultimately, that the efficacy of the karmic vehicle is under our own control, such that..were enough people to refuse to conform to the karmic scheme...karmic satisfaction could be a non-event?
