It will take time to see if Trump's ideas work. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. At least he's trying.
You know that Congress gave away its rights regarding tariffs to the executive branch, and they could take them back if they wanted. No one in Washington actually wants to do any work though, except working to get re-elected.
