Surprisingly, exactly as it is in the meme. The Russian contingent have a tradition of placing a lot of orthodox paraphenalia about the ISS. 

That pic is I believe from Expedition 42. For comparison, have another.


Not as clear but you can see the religious crap really is there.

But see here is the problem. It is no different than a lucky rabbit's foot, or four leaf clover or what have you.

It certainly gets nobody closer to "proving" god. At best, it demonstrates that astronauts can be as superstitious as the next man/woman.
