It does, but it's a common kind of special hate, and it has it's mimics in other.. more acceptable...forms of expression. If I had to really nail it down..I'd say that out and out antipathy is limited to exactly the places and denominations anyone would expect it to be. Apathy, however, is pervasive. It's the same dynamic at play in the rcc scandal right now, over a different subject.
