You can double down on your prior characterization all you want, unless you can explain how doing so would be inconsistent with Mueller's mandate as special prosecutor then your characterization is baseless.
Thought the reasoning was obvious. If it's not political, he should release the results when he's satisfied that there complete. Things like Kavanaufh and Sessions aren't relevant.
