Nothing with a hard edge or anything. Just something that makes a good point about religion and also says "Why don't you just contact me about stuff that involves our kids from now on?"
Or... she could just be upfront and tactfully let the woman know that it isn't necessary to text her like that.
It's definitely a fine line here. You need other parent's numbers in the event of an emergency - especially if your child is with them or their child is with you. My kids are older and their friends all have cell phones. At this stage - being I have high schoolers, I'd rather have their friends numbers instead of the parents. They'll both be driving in a year or two and I want direct contact with friends for obvious reasons, instead.
