I don't know what football has to do with soldiers, or what people think the soldiers are fighting and dying for, but apparently the first amendment freedoms don't make that list. If you think soldiers are fighting for freedom, why isn't free speech and protest included?
Free speech is included. They, you or anyone can kneel or say whatever you like. But if other people think you're an asshole for so doing, they can call you an asshole. Or if you're trying to sell entertainment or shoes, people can buy or not buy as they please.
WTF do you act like people protesting the protesters are any different?
You are not getting it asshole. The president SHOULD NOT be in his position demanding blind loyalty. He is in a position of public power. It is propaganda designed to create a climate of blind loyalty.
Neither the Anthem or the pledge are mandated by law nor should they be. When you talk like it should be forced by law, which he is, then you are in the red zone of despotic behavior.
YOU are not getting the point of why the players are doing it. If you did get it, you'd be on the right side of history. But instead, you only care about sucking the dick of a fucking bigot.
