It is almost entirely supernatural baggage. Unless you're are using 'spiritual' as an adjective to describe someone as being full of fighting spirit (in which case I have a better adjective for you, 'tenacious'), it is entirely supernatural in context. So yeah, using 'spiritual' for me is akin to saying 'I enjoy minority magical wish-thinking and would really appreciate if you gave it the same faux legitimacy as more mainstream magical wish-thinking'.
