None of this matters. Just like with Trump. They do not care if they put install monsters, as long as the monsters will carry out their agenda.
I suspect you're right. The Republicans have already signaled their intention to ignore the second and third accuser by scheduling a vote on Friday morning.
Ultimately, this is becoming less a referendum on judge Kavanaugh than it is a referendum on the process. If none of the Republicans vote no, that will be a telling indicator of their willingness to endorse a corrupt process if it's in their party's interest to do so.
I have a cousin who I spar with regularly on FB about Trump. He's such a die hard that I'm willing to bet anything that if trump told him to suck a cock, he'd do it. And he's the straightest guy I know. But he'd do anything for the WLB because he's that loyal. Makes me sick.
