It' s also obvious that the intent wasn't to actually bomb anyone. Anyone with enough intelligence to build something bomblike ( but not actually dangerous) would know that the " intended recipients" would never receive them - as everything they see goes through rigorous security.

If it was some actual bomber - one of therm would have gone off. If it was as a moron, it' s also likely one would have gone off - by accident.

It' s more likely that this little escaspade was to generate publicity - not blow people up.
