The policy itself is racist. This is hidden racism. A school makes a uniform policy and grooming policy that is Eurocentric, based on White European standards. It doesn't allow Black people to wear their hair naturally. These schools are living in the past. I definitely agree it is an example of racism, but since its a private school they have the right to be racist at the end of the day.
