Well we are talking about a school here not the armed forces.
But since you mentioned it, what do you mean that people aren't allowed to wear their hair naturally in the armed forces regardless of ethnicity?
The natural texture of Black people's hair is coiled. If a Black person straightens their hair, with chemicals, straighteners or other means, then it is no longer wearing naturally.
How does this situation apply to us non-Black people?
What is naturally about a crew cut or a Mohawk?
If you check the link, there are black kids at the school with natural hair. The school prohibits dreadlocks, which are not natural (they won’t grow out of your head on their own).
