So you are arguing the reference material that says Antipas was KNOWN AS THE KING OF JUDEA?!?!

I'm pointing out that Antipas did not rule over all of Judea. Neither did Archeleus. They ruled sections of it.

The arguement is over sport. it does not matter what you think at this point. If history records Antipas as having the title "King of judea" then when the bible calls him that the bible is not wrong. you are for thinking there was only one king of judea. You wrongly defined what the title 'king' should encompass.. you think the son had to retain all of the power and lands his father had in order for him to share name and title. Clearly this is not the case. not by my opinion but according to secular history records. The bible here is in a simple agreement that antipas was as the secular documents confirm was KNOWN as king of judea.

Like it or not your bull shit objection is over. Your argument is lost because proof history and evidence found both in secular sources as well a biblical sources put antipas in the title role of King despite what you think a king should be.

Understand your perception of what a king was and how they perceived antipas to be is what is in conflict. But because they considered antipas king despite whether you think it right or not, they do indeed have the right to refer to him as they saw fit as again both secular and biblical accounts identifies antipas as king!!!

by all rights the argument is over. you are not arguing me or my thoughts. I posted reference material concerning how this man was identified historically, there is little more you can do accept admit being wrong and obstinately so for refusing to deal with facts, and differ to personal feeling and opinion.

to the rest of you atheists, I want you to note which one of us is indeed dealing in fact historical evidence and sound logic as well as irrefutable proof concerning a biblical and secular confirmed topic... yet on no other authority than a personal vendetta and a gut feeling the OP still insists despite all the evidence he is right!!!
