In fact, here's how I would rank them (excluding Alexander Nevzorov) in descending order (1 being the most liked and 6 being the least liked):
1) Sean Carroll
2) Christopher Hitchens
3) Sam Harris
4) Richard Dawkins
5) Bill Maher
6) Lawrence M. Krauss
However, overall, the best atheist out there is probably someone who just isn't famous at all.
