No expert in engineering believes that the wall will end-up costing $5 billion, more like 2 to 3 times that, and in the end, it will do nothing.

IIRC the 5 billion is for 200 miles of wall.  The border is approximately 2000 miles long.  It's going to be more like 50 and you know there will be overruns.

50+ billion buys a lot of far more surveilliance,  interdiction and lastly, tightening up border crossings which is where the majority of the problem is - and a wall addresses that not at all.

It's just utter nonsense; it shows why DT is a bumbling, imbecilic idiot, who is barely beyond the stage of reading and writing grade-school English.  The so-called wall will solve nothing, except, perhaps, an election victory in 2020.  That is what all of this is about ultimately.
