In Portugal, numbers have been decreasing and we are doing also background jobs in sex ed.

I am tested, nah. I did get hep C from my drug past, but got a negative viral load on that one after treatment. They do background checks if the person is not using anymore, psych evals and support during treatment. lost 30 pounds in those 6 months, not mentioning other gnarly side effects, but that cleaned me up.
