CHARLESTON, SC! Don't miss it! Tons of all of the above, especially history. It's where the first shots of the civil war were fired. They have beautiful beaches, islands, and a whole culture of interesting Gullah people. They have a ton of awesome restaurants and watering holes, and the people are just awesome. I lived there for a year working as a fantasy wrestler/talent trainer. Had the time of my life. My youngest son still lives there, on James Island with his adoptive parents. If you go to Folly Beach you will be standing at the edge of America. It's amazingly gorgeous!
