The Democrats big tent is shrinking.
Or MAYBE....there exists a large segment of Latinxs/Hispanics that truly are conservative and simply have no interest in being part of the Democratic base. You guys assume that they ALL identify as non-white or "other" just because Americans can't seem to grasp the difference between race and ethnicity/nationality and have deemed them as such. The solidarity that you imagine White Hispanics have with black and brown persons does not exist in ALL of their minds.
They're not necessarily being screamed out of the party. Some of them just aren't interested.
No, I'm not imagining that Latinos feel solidarity with brown and black people at all. You just inject your racial politics into everything. Socially liberal agendas are not the only reason for identifying with the Democratic Party. For the umpteenth time, a demographic that was pretty strongly opposed to Trump seems to be moving in his direction. It's a case of something changing. For over two years, libtards have been making the environment on the left toxic to anyone who doesn't 100% agree with them about absolutely everything. Now Hispanics are drifting away.
You can say that I'm just guessing. But nothing good has been said about Hispanics in this discussion. Everything that has been said about them has been a bit on the hostile side.

It would be very difficult to talk resolutely anti-communist Cubans into joining the Democratic Party.
