[Serious] What would you want in a church

my intent wasn't to put words int your mouth, just to come up with 3 solid points to add to the list since you don't care enough to want to change anything. I wasn't asking to change anything or argue dogma, just a thought exercise on what you'd want / don't want in a church. It's pretty obvious you don't want sexism in a church that'll be the only one I can really take from you since you don't want to extrapolate or allow me to read in between the lines of your statements.

1. don't want sexism
2. don't force people to be there
3. clearly defined dogmas so no fine print - is one you didn't say but strongly implied
