they are lying to make the populous be in favor of it by throwing out lies about whats going on there...

A) to take their natural resources
OR
B) to overthrow an oppressive dictator whose making the people there suffer?
when the populous believes a lie it makes it easier to push for things based on that lie
I understand completely. I'm part of the populous and don't believe everything the media publishes.
