If the mueller report found obstruction wouldn't there be a direction for you all to go in the way of impeachment? again if the mueller report found evidence of obstruction would there not be another trial or hearing?
In fact it did exonerate him as there can not be obstruction of justice without an under lining crime. or more specifically:

IE because there was no russian collusion justice was not obstructed impeded threatened or unduly influenced.
What is justice? the administration of the law. So can the obstruction of the administration of the law be violated if there is no crime in wich justice to prosecute? No.
therefore trump via the interpretation of the Current Sitting Attorney General of the United States was indeed exonerated.
