For me, it'd almost certainly be Buddhism, preferably a variation that allows for meat-eating. I hear Theravada Buddhism is pretty accepting of carnivorism:
"“Killing living beings,
hunting, cutting, binding,
theft, lying, fraud, deceptions,
useless recitations,
associating with the wives of others:
This is a raw stench,
not the eating of meat."
(Amagandha Sutra)
Of course, there are rules against eating meat that you suspect/have heard/know was slaughtered specifically for you, and against eating ten specific types of animal, but given that the most common kinds in anywhere near common consumption are human, horse, and dog, that specific rule is about as meaningful as that law that says it's illegal to fish while sitting on the neck of a giraffe (this is apparently a law that is really on the books of Chicago. I can't find the specific law citation, but it's apparently there.)
