Then he shouldn't have titled his thread "Open borders". Because nobody is advocating that. That is code bullshit Trump uses to sell fear.
And Trump used the DMZ which is a wall, armed and mined between North Korea and South Korea, thinking we need that here.
1. Mexico is our ally not our enemy.
2. North Korea arms their side of the DMZ to keep people in. South Korea arms their side because they don't want a tyrant to attack them.
3. We are not under threat of war with Mexico.
Trump has called Mexican and Central American country migrants an "invasion". They are migrants, not Nazis or the North Korean army.
Trump started his campaign calling Mexicans rapists "I am sure some are decent" isn't a qualifier to negate the rest of that vile statement.
I don't care if we are talking about ICE or detention centers or the border. It still is all about migration and it is connected because all those entities work under the same President. And right now we have fucking dick asshole bully running the country.
So he can bring up "what if they don't show up to court" all he wants, which ignores that scaring the shit out of people is going to keep them from cooperating with any of those entities. Scaring the shit out of people, and institutionalizing cruel policies isn't going to get migrants to cooperate with courts or law agencies. All that does is push people into the shadows and makes things harder on the courts and law agents.
Stop arguing about something else and show me.

Fuck, how many AMERICAN BORN CITIZENS have been arrested and detained by ICE? Nobody ever thinks about that. WARRANTS ARE IMPORTANT BECAUSE DUE PROCESS IS IMPORTANT. This is NOT difficult.
You don't give a fuck about people who are here illegally from Ireland. Or from any of these other countries. I wonder why. It's almost like you're racist.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services [CIS] defines the procedure for alternative decisions in asylum cases. Some applicants are given the answer of a recommended approval. In this case, asylum cannot be immediately granted based on an incomplete portion of the application process; security checks must ensure that the applicant does not pose a threat to the United States and health checks must prove the applicant does not have any contagious diseases such as tuberculosis, HIV, or AIDS
If the court or asylum officer finds that an applicant does not fulfill the before-mentioned asylum requirements, the application may be referred to an immigration court. In this situation, the applicant could be eligible for a stay in the United States for other reasons.
If found to not qualify for asylum or general immigration status, an applicant receives a notice of intent to deny. This decision is a last-chance ruling. The applicant then has 16 days to write the court with reasons why he or she feels deserving of asylum and presents new evidence that was not taken into account their last application process. These efforts may qualify the applicant for asylum.
If there is no new evidence, the applicant is given a final denial. This ruling, if the applicant is in the United States illegally, is followed by removal of the applicant from the United States.
