That's not what he asked you. Are you actually doing anything? Writing to your local police department, attending police open house events, going to town council meetings (or whatever the US equivalent is), organizing protests and street rallies? If you're not doing anything, you should say so.

Presenting ideas to any of the people/organizations you mention in the same manner as has been presented here is not going to garner much attention. Unless it's to move someone to perform a welfare check on the unhinged CAPITALIZED rant-or who compares apples to muskrats.
