I have not listened to it, nor am I going to.  Why?  Because nothing James O'Keefe has to say, publish, or broadcast has any validity whatsoever.  He's a fraud and a confessed criminal.  And I think it's rather amusing that you would use material published by one criminal to defend another.

I regard it as poison because of O'Keefe's known and confessed history of heavily editing video and audio so what people said is taken out of context.  This was proved and admitted to by O'Keefe in the ACORN and NPR fiascos (the former of which cost him $100 000 dollars).  He is a lying, libelous scumbag.  Ask yourself:  If you knew someone who lied to you every single time you spoke to them, would you be closed minded if you opted to not take them seriously in future?  This is exactly the case with O'Keefe.  If you put any credence in anything he has to say, you're a bigger waterhead than I took you for.

Why? because the report the whistleblower made about the phone call between trump and the president of ukraine was said to have ahad quid pro quoe information the call did not have IE trump said he wanted ukraine to investigate possible illegal dealings biden had in their country or he would cut a billion dollars in funding.

The transcripts of the phone call where released (I read them) and nothing of the sort ever panned out! 

It doesn't matter if it 'panned out'.  Trump simply asking for help in a domestic election is illegal.  And are you sure you read the right transcript?  Here's what was said:

Trump:  I would like you to do us a favor though

That is the very definition of 'quid pro quo'.  Trump is making the sale US weapons to Ukraine conditional on 'do us a favor'.  If you can't see that, your reading comprehension is as bad as your spelling.

Matter of fact the only person holding back aid or ever threatened to was BIDEN HIMSELF! in that there was a prosecutor that was investigating him and his son for shady dealings in the ukraine and biden is recorded bragging about the fact that he told the president of the ukraine to fire the special prosecutor looking into him and his son or they would cut 1 billion dollars from special aid going to the urain!

Neither Hunter nor Joe Biden were EVER under investigation by the Ukraine prosecutor.  There was an investigation of Burisma's president for money laundering, but that investigation had been dormant for two years before Shokin was fired.  He was fired because he wasn't investigating corruption, not to stop him from investigating Burisma (because he wasn't doing that anyway).

Yes, Biden told Ukraine they wouldn't get the money if Shokin wasn't dismissed, but that was because US, EU and IMF loans and loan guarantees were (and always had been) conditional on Ukraine addressing their corruption problem.  Shokin wasn't doing that - he was slow-walking, and sometimes cancelling - investigations into corrupt entities, both individuals and organizations.  At NO TIME was he investigating the Bidens. If the Bidens were corrupt, and Shokin was leaving them alone (which he was), why would Biden want Shokin dismissed?

Where is CNN on that story? why has it played for the last 6 weeks ad nauseum?

Well, it hasn't played for six weeks, that's simply false.  I've read one reply from CNN:  'No really cares about this.'  I'm sure you'll have a different spin on it, but my take is that CNN shares my opinion of O'Keefe.  If you don't, you've got your head so far up your arse, you can see what you had for breakfast.
