Surely those Jurists have also suggested some reliable means of testing, so that we know the criteria have been met when considering a woman's eligibility for an abortion? A soulometer perhaps? There's something very strange when you refer to people who are talking completely out of their ass as "jurists" and trot them out as an authority on anything (I'm completely unconvinced that these people are even qualified to speak about their own religious beliefs).
