Declining to investigate isn't the same thing as 'clearing'.

again sport the DOJ has investigated trump twice. one concluded on 11/25 and another two week investigation concluded a week ago give or take. The senate has pledge not to go any further because the authority and  oversight from the department of JUSTICE due diligence in their investigation is enough to settle the matter.

Remember with nixon and with clinton The Doj the house and the senate all found both to be guilt of high or heinous crimes. Here only the ultra left controlled house has found fault, but will not disclose it allow right wing members of the house freely participate in the investigation nor will they disclose any evidence or testimony without tight control/much of it being redacted.

This is again a unsupported (by the laws of the united states nor the constitution) political move to stall for time to minimize the president's accomplishments and to push non thinking 'dims' back to the hard left.

The only people buying any of this are those who do not speak english as their primary message and or ultra progressives who also take everything the idiot box tells them as 100% truth.

Again, Junior, those were NOT investigations.  That was Barr taking his head out of Trump's arse long enough to scan the complaint and say, 'Nope, looks OK to me.'  It was a FAILURE to investigate.

The Senate (as yet) has no legal standing in this matter.  It says so in your constitution. Maybe you should read it.

Nixon and Clinton were not found guilty of anything.  Nixon scarpered before he could be impeached and Clinton was acquitted at trial.

There is nothing - absolutely nothing - illegal or improper about this investigation.  The House has the 'sole power of impeachment'. This means that the House can launch an impeachment at any time, for any reason, under any circumstances, and using whatever procedures they like.  There is literally NOTHING to prevent them from doing that.

Are you aware that House republicans have been present at every single hearing during the investigation, and have the same amount of time as the democrats to ask questions?  Read the fucking transcripts.
