That wasn't what was said. If the Bidens are guilty of corruption, they should be punished for it. BUT, if the Bidens are guilty of corruption, genocide, and puppy kicking with malice aforethought, it wouldn't make any difference regarding the charges against Trump.
And not to put to fine a point on it, there is no evidence of wrongdoing by either of the Bidens.
