Russia doesn't have the money to play at the big boys table anymore. China though, yeah. The reality of that situation was one that the trumpsters campaign strategy was built around. That's why we have so many good videos of the president slurring the word like a truncated piece of human anatomy. I wonder if the people who support him fully aware of his failure appreciate how many accidents of history, unlikely to be repeated, helped to put us at the top of the world order. It's not something we can work our way back up to if we lose that spot.
